Instructions

1. This tool simply lets you select a local image to view; the image is then forced to a retro palette of yore!
2. You can also opt to dither or not.
3. You can then save the new image to your PC by right-clicking.

Learning Notes

1. I made a stupid mistake in that my for loop was looping the wrong way (top to bottom), which ruined my dither.
